A win-win

For those of you who don’t know, my daughter was recently accepted to medical school. The typical first response to this news is

“wow! Congratulations.”

The secondary response usually comes a couple of minutes later once the realization sinks in.

“Is that a good thing?”

The reason for the secondary response is that Medical School is really expensive. Banks in typical banking fashion, only want to lend you money when you don’t need it, so they have come back with LOC’s that get her part of the way there, but not close enough to be really helpful. We have had a really good experience with one bank in particular, but that is not the topic of this post.

Today I was looking at my e-book sales and I realized that I was facing a win-win situation.

I will donate all the proceeds from sales of my books to help fund my daughters education. Hopefully, I will get more readers and she gets some spending money for school.

So there you have it people. You can get my books on Kobo for $2/each. Kobo pays the author 90 cents per book, so that will go to Danielle.

I hope that you take the time to read the books, but if you don’t at least you’ll know you helped save a future life by funding a doctor.

To get the books goto the Kobo web site and search for author A.J.Gillette…
